    • Bi-monthly designated group Office Hours for participants.

    • Ability to ask sales-process questions on the producer's specific client opportunities.

    • Deeper discussion on sales topics brought up in the training sessions.

    • Role playing key client interactions in order to gain strategic insights and build confidence.

    • Private monthly or twice monthly private coaching is available.

    • Private coaching focuses on developing the producer to improve their sales skills and attain their production goals.

    • Focus will be placed on prospecting specific accounts, moving them through the sales cycle, and winning the business.

    • *An extra per producer fee will be charged based upon the coaching frequency.
